Multi-chain DeFi Analytics Platform

One portfolio screen across three chains with oracle-backed pricing and realtime position updates.

3 CHAINS UNIFIED · 1.8S FULL-PORTFOLIO LOAD · 41% SUPPORT TICKETS DOWN

A female software engineer coding on dual monitors and a laptop in an office setting.

Challenge

A DeFi team needed one portfolio view across three chains with pricing users could trust during volatility. Balances disagreed between screens, staleness went unlabelled, and every volatile week produced a wave of wrong-balance tickets.

Solution

Unified subgraph schemas, oracle-backed pricing bands and an incremental sync engine that survives reorgs. Prices carry staleness labels; positions reconcile against the indexer within seconds.

Architecture

Multi-chain indexer over Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base feeding a decoded positions API, with Chainlink pricing and a Viem-powered portfolio frontend. Cursors are block-recorded for deterministic replays; websocket feeds carry the live edge.

Results

Full-portfolio loads in 1.8 seconds, pricing disputes ended, and support tickets about balances fell 41% in the first quarter after launch.

Support tickets about wrong balances simply stopped. The numbers finally match the chain. — Founder, DeFi product team
